This is a commercial center located in the town of Manzanares, Pilar. It's just meters from Dino, another of its own developments. They could be considered siblings, as both aim to become the area's first central supply center, where businesses can be located and people no longer have to travel 50 kilometers to enjoy a wide range of gastronomic options or entertainment and leisure activities.

The project is expected to be completed in 11 months and consists of a three-story structure, with glass-fronted spaces facing the street and a common area that can be used for reading books, seating restaurant tables, or recreational spaces.

It is characterized by the brightness of the spaces and the appropriate layout of the hallways to facilitate the flow of visitors.
