Design and light are essential
This project was a challenge of personal growth and development. It was conceived like few other development offices in 2011, and ended up occupying almost 20,000 m². It is over 250 m long and 4 stories high.
It is composed of
- 9 large spaces.
- 110 administrative offices.
- 180 underground parking spaces.
- 2 internal courtyards.
Of the spaces that comprise it, the lobby is the protagonist. Developed with a height of 20 m, with zenithal light entering through a glass roof, suspended stairs run through the middle, and a cafeteria is located in the center.
Currently, this space houses activities such as a medical center, Santander Bank, Osde, Wendis, a car dealership, furniture stores, pharmacies, insurance companies, and cafes.
